I hate that I discovered this place because now I can’t stop eating it. I work in Denton and one day I was craving hibachi. This was the only place open at the time of my craving (10:30am) so I went on the website and was thoroughly impressed with the lunch special prices!! the portions also match the prices. I had a good amount of steak, rice, and veggies. The steak was tender & juicy (medium), and the veggies were soft and flavorful. This is now my 4th time picking up lunch in a matter of two weeks. Update: Just ordered a big 8 group delivery order for some coworkers at my job. Driver (who I also recognized from the front counter) followed the delivery instructions, food was still hot, and they gave plenty of sauces. The word about Blue Ginger is certainly spreading at my job.

Walking in the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The service was good and the food was good. We ordered the Crab Rangoon which came with a sweet Dipping Sauce. They were Crispy with a Creamy Filling of Cream Cheese and Crab! Very Delicious! We ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box which was on a bed of Shredded Cabbage and a Tempura Shrimp Bento box which had 3 Shrimp, 1 Sweet Potato, 1 Zucchini, 1 Onion Ring Bento Box included 6 pieces of California Roll, White Rice, Egg Roll which was Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and Choice of Soup or Salad. All the food was really good and presented really nicely. The menu is rather large and offers a lot of choices. Nice Family Friendly Restaurant!

Stopped by for lunch, and I was really impressed with the quality of sushi, I tried 4 rolls, and they were all delicious. They have rolls to accommodate any price range as well. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

This is a little embarrassing to admit, but this place is so good that me and my boyfriend aim to go here at least a once a week. The food is always so good and it’s always speedy service. They’ve never messed up our order (maybe forgot a fork or packet of sauce before but won’t count that against them!). I highly recommend dinning or ordering take out from here. The food is just too good to pass up

We absolutely love blue ginger, this has been our favorite sushi spot since we moved to the area five years ago. Every time we have gone, the food has been amazingly fresh and delicious, and the prices are fair and not inflated. We got four specialty rolls and two steak hibachis to split for four people on our most recent visit. Everyone was full and happy and my husband had a roll to take with him to work.

Quaint sushi restaurant tucked further back in past Rodeo Goat and Chuy’s if you’re on I-35. It was our first time here and we had a great experience. My husband and I both got the Maki Lunch with 3 rolls and 2 rolls with gyoza as our appetizer. He ordered salmon avocado, tuna, and the Philadelphia roll. I got the salmon avocado and shrimp tempura. All of it was delicious and felt very light, which was what we were looking for. I believe their lunch is also available on weekends until 3pm. The menu has lots of options and we will definitely be back to explore it and try other items! Overall, a must-try if you’re in the Denton area looking for sushi!

We came for lunch. Place was crowded but we got a nice comfortable booth. Atmosphere, service and sushi was all very very good. The pricing is spot on. Very reasonable and great value. I highly recommend.

Me and my family come here often and are never disappointed. The staff is quick to get what you need and answer any questions with kindness. Each roll we received was flavorful, fresh, and delicious and the sauce complimented each one beautifully. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone wanting to try some fresh sushi.
